The fathers of the partnership which was established in 1991 - namely Messieurs Dieter Neuert, Erhard Grüning, Helmut Scheld and Hans-Hermann Grebing - met regularly for an exchange of experience as early as the 1970s when all of them were already successfully running their own small offices.
At these meetings they had the idea to work together more closely in one place, to support one another personally and job-specifically, to commonly use the continually growing amounts of specialist literature and to optimally implement the introduction of electronic data processing for common use.
Subsequently a partnership was launched, related professions such as chartered accountants and solicitors were pooled together and finally the partnership as it stands today was founded.

we are a partner company with eight partners - tax consultants, chartered accountants and solicitors. We are supported by a team of approximately 100 employees at the sites in Marburg, Homberg (Efze), Pößneck and Frielendorf.
Our staff and clients can develop sufficient "room" for an open, trusting and "fun" cooperation in our bright and friendly offices and meeting rooms, in our rooms for technical equipment and our archives, in a spacious reception area and in our library.
